Information we collect
The public storefront does not request payment card numbers or bank account details. We count outbound clicks to the verified FocusDesk listing in aggregate daily totals, without storing buyer identities or treating clicks as completed purchases. If you submit a founding seller pilot application after the form is enabled, we collect your business or creator name, email, country, category, optional portfolio URL, product description, submission date and review status. We collect a record that you agreed to this notice. Application protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile and a pseudonymized, salted hash of the submitter IP for short-term abuse limits; we do not put the raw IP address in our application database.
Why we use it
We use seller application details solely to assess eligibility, respond about possible future onboarding, prevent spam, and maintain a basic audit trail. Submission is optional. We do not activate any seller account, distribute funds, or sell application contact lists based on this form.
Local browser storage
The Creator Studio and Seller Studio demonstration features may store product drafts, preferences or saved items in your browser's local storage. These are not uploaded to our pilot application database. Avoid entering confidential data in those demonstrations; clearing browser storage deletes local drafts.
Third-party checkout and services
When you follow a Gumroad link, you leave our site and the provider's separate payment, privacy, fulfilment and refund policies apply. Cloudflare hosts the site and may process technical requests and security signals; Turnstile processes anti-abuse verification. Future integrations will require an updated notice before activation.
Retention, access and deletion
We retain pilot application data only for the period needed to review and contact applicants, subject to applicable law and legitimate dispute or audit requirements. Request access, correction or deletion by emailing the address above and identifying your application email. We verify the requester's identity before disclosing or deleting a record. We do not promise that a message or account is automatically deleted after a fixed time until an automated retention policy has been deployed.
International access
The website is globally accessible. Contact information may be handled using Cloudflare infrastructure outside your home jurisdiction. We will review applicable Oman and destination-country privacy requirements before expanding collection or automated seller accounts.
