Operator and scope
FutureVision AI Marketplace is operated by The Right Solution LLC in the Sultanate of Oman. Currently the marketplace is an early commercial pilot with an external checkout link for FocusDesk and a seller-interest program in preparation. Preview products and illustrative prices are not offers to sell.
Buying a product
Clicking an external checkout link leads to a third-party provider. The provider displays the actual product terms, accepted payment methods, total price, applicable taxes and any refund rules. The provider is responsible for card processing and checkout receipts. Do not assume a purchase has succeeded based only on leaving our site. Product availability is determined at the external checkout.
Digital delivery and support
For an external Gumroad checkout, fulfilment and seller support follow the relevant Gumroad listing and publisher terms. Contact hamoodaldurey@gmail.com for a FutureVision AI product question. We do not promise refunds outside applicable law and the policy disclosed at checkout.
Founding seller pilot
The 0% introductory and 10% standard commission rates are preliminary commercial proposals. They are not currently deducted from sales. A pilot application is an expression of interest, not merchant approval, a seller account, product publication, or a guarantee of country-specific payouts. Identity checks, permissible countries, seller terms, fees, refunds, settlement cycles and taxes require review with a licensed payment provider before any live multi-vendor checkout begins.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Applicants must have the rights to distribute their own legitimate digital content. We may decline misleading, infringing, unsafe or unlawful offers. Do not submit passwords, identity scans, bank statements or payment card numbers in the pilot form.
Liability and changes
Information and prototype features are provided as described on the site, without guarantees of sales, earnings or availability. Any future merchant service will be governed by separately published, reviewed merchant terms. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
